We work with all of our existing and new corporate partners to agree contract terms and the amount of complimentary golf that you receive at the outset. The majority of our clients are only too happy to renew their agreement nearer the expiry date and we will keep in regular contact with you during your contract term to keep you up to date with any new products that we launch, updates to the existing platforms, news items and details of any new golf clubs that we add to our portfolio that you may be interested in.

We are keen to make the process as simple, straightforward and as quick as possible.

Once we have agreed a package we would:
• Sign the contract and arrange invoicing details.
• Provide you with an accurate timescale for when your advert(s) will go-live once the course 3D flyover and GPS has been built.
• Send you welcome information and details about your branding and artwork for your adverts (you can provide your own if necessary).
• Ask you to proof the advert and provide us with your feedback and comments and details of any necessary amendments.
• Send you go-live information with details of how to download your mobile and in-cart applications as well as the 3D flyover.
• Keep in contact with you throughout the term of your contract from a relationship management perspective to ensure that you get a fantastic Whole in 1 Golf experience.
